Spending time in nature relieves stress. Hiking in the majestic Sainte-Victoire and the amazing landscapes painted by Cézanne allow a break from worries and help keep them in perspective.
Studies show exercise outdoors lengthens lifespan. People who exercise outdoors complain less about aches and pains and sleep better.
Time in nature increases white blood cells which improve immune function and the ability to fight illness and disease.

In these moments of renewal you will be able to :
• Reconnect with your body and your sensations: Yoga, Pilates, Spontaneous movement
• Free yourself from buried emotions: Hypnosis, EMDR, primal scream
• Introduce you to mindfulness meditation
• Introduce you to states of expanded consciousness, sophrology, waking dreams
• Practice Yoga and Pilates outdoors.
